Michael Kors Access Smartwatch to launch

  • Michael Kors’ New Smartwatch to be Unveiled at the Baselworld 2016

Michael Kors, the American fashion brand, created quite a buzz amongst enthusiasts across the globe when it unveiled at its first range of wearable technology with a display smartwatch—the Michael Kors Access—at the Baselworld 2016. Focused towards fashionistas, the accessories line features designs that are based on the brand’s popular Bradshaw and Dylan styles.

The Access is powered by Android Wear, and is compatible with Apple and Android smartphones. It allows one to connect with applications like Instagram and Uber, and sends notifications to the watch. One can choose between the different face options designed by Michael Kors, and also complement the faces with interchangeable metal, leather and silicone straps.

The watch also features an ambient light sensor which automatically adjusts the display brightness. It can be charged with a sleek magnetic charger that facilitates portability. Apart from all this, what stands tall as the highlight of the Access is the in-built fitness tracking through Google Fit™.

The chic Michael Kors Access smartwatch will be available worldwide (at select stores) September 6th, 2016, onwards.
