Swiss watchmaker Breitling extends its popular Navitimer GMT timepiece collection with a new chronograph, limited to just 1,000 units. This latest timepiece, called the Navitimer GMT Aurora Blue, is introduced with a striking blue dial that has stolen several hearts already.

The limited edition watch features a Manufacture Breitling Caliber B04 self-winding movement (the watchmaker’s in-house), an unbelievable 70-hour power reserve, a calendar, a 30-minute and a 12-hour totaliser. It also comprises a 1/4th chronograph combined with a two-time zone system and is water resistant up to three bars.

This new Navitimer features a 48mm steel case that is fitted with a rotating bezel and a circular slide rule. What particularly steals our interest in this chronograph is the sapphire crystal placed on its face and back.

The timepiece takes its sophisticated appearance with the sunburst decor and tone-on-tone counters, which also helps the watch to lighten its technicalities. Its overall look is completed with a rubber strap that matches the colour of the dial and features an aircraft-tire tread motif. To suit the interests of customers who prefer leather straps or steel bracelets, Breitling also allows customisation of the strap.
