First, is the dial. With an attractive Analog display featuring black Roman numerals, the silver dial face contains Cartier’s famous blue hands, an inner 24 hour timekeeping ring, and a calendar window showing the day of the month in a window just inside of the 3 o’clock position.

The stationary bezel is polished stainless steel, which matches the stainless steel case and bracelet to perfection.

Water resistant up to 99 feet (or 30 meters), you can get this watch wet (splashing, minor submersion) but it is not suitable for diving, swimming, or other sports.

The Automatic self wind movement is expected in a timepiece of this caliber and is a great addition, as opposed to the Swiss Quartz movement that Cartier sometimes puts inside of their timepieces.

The Bad

The only disappointing aspect of this timepiece is the material of the dial window. Rather than using a genuine Sapphire crystal, which is common in wristwatches worth a lot less than this model, Cartier uses a synthetic Sapphire crystal. While it does not make much of a difference, and none at all performance-wise, it would have been nice to have the genuine article in a timepiece of this caliber and price.
